Is there an admission fee?
Yes, $3 for adults and kids under 12 are FREE.
Why is there no refund if I cancel?
As much as we would like to be able to do this we simply cannot. We work really hard and put in our best effort to provide a beautiful venue and promote our vendors through paid advertising. Also as this market is exclusive to handmade artisans one missing vendor is difficult to replace last minute. We also immediately upon receiving all vendor payments pay for our venue as well as any table rentals. We thank you for your understanding.
When are payments due?
We allow 2 weeks for payments to be made upon receiving your acceptance letter. If for any reason you need more time to pay, please contact us via email. If we don’t hear from you by the due date, your space will be given to a vendor on the waiting list.
How many visitors are expected?
With each show our visitors have increased in numbers and we have had an average of approximately 750 visitors come through our doors. We put a lot of time into promoting this market via our Facebook and Instagram accounts as well as printed marketing materials and local radio. Many of our vendors also reach out to their followers through their own social media accounts.
Is there WIFI service onsite?
Depending on the venue, wifi may be available but we encourage you to have access to your own payment services.
What is the size is the booth space?
We have 8ft tables, 10’ x 10’ and 10’ x 20’ booths. This may vary depending on location.
Set up and tear down?
We make every effort to have setup time available the evening prior to the event and provide 1 hour prior to opening on the day of the event. We ask that you are completely setup and ready to sell at the time the doors open. We also ask that you don’t tear down until the end of the event as this can be very disruptive to shoppers as well as other vendors.
Do you have to be handmade to apply?
Yes, we are an exclusive handmade market and cater to small handmade businesses. We love to support local makers and want to share our love for handmade artisans with the communities we bring our event too. Shop Local, Shop Exclusive!
Can children attend?
Yes for sure! We also do our best to make sure there is room for strollers while you walk around. We do ask that you do not leave children unattended and we cannot be responsible for your littles hiding under tables!
Is electrical available?
Depending on the venue, electrical may be available but this cannot be guaranteed. If electrical is required, we will do our best to accommodate this request.
Can I request a specific spot?
Yes, absolutely! We will try to accommodate these requests but ask that if you do require more space than a table setup, you consider requesting a booth on your application. In some venues space is limited and there is not room for stands on the floor at the end of a table.
